What is "Super Beta"

"Super Beta" is better then "Beta" -- Give us feedback, and help us make it even better.

The page looks funny... what gives?

If you are using IE, some of the pages may look off. We are working to make eveything IE compatible. In the meantime, we reccommend using firefox.

Why do I get a "Too Many Sessions" error?

Voyager Personal is intended for single user access. If you access the application from multipe browsers, you may encounter this error.

To make this go away, click on the "clear sessions" link, and everything should return to normal.

If multiple people need to access Voyager, or you need to access Voyager remotely, consider the Workgroup or Enterprise version.

Why is crawling sometimes slow?

Voyager uses ESRI ArcEngine™ to open each file. Depending on how maps are structured, they can be slow to draw.

Should I send error reports to Microsoft?

Yes of course, we are sure they will look into it right away. For faster service, send informaion, bug reports, etc to our support list
